Accessing Your Dashboard

Your personal Dashboard allows you to access all of your favorite listings, update your contact information, send us messages, and create saved searches.

How to Access Your Dashboard

Register or Log In to your account. Once you are logged in, simply Click the "My Favorites & Dashboard" link at the top right of any page.

On your personal Dashboard page, you will see tabs for your Favorite Listings, Preferences, Messages, & Saved Searches.

My Preferences Tab

Update your contact information on the My Preferences tab. You can also change your subscription preferences.

My Messages Tab

The My Messages tab allows you to send messages and view replies to any messages you have sent.

Bookmark Listings

Bookmarked listings are listings that you want to Save in your online account and view later.

How to Bookmark a Listing

To Bookmark a Listing, click the Star Icon (☆) below each listing result or the (☆) con - "Add to Favorites" button found at the top right of the listing's details page.

Saved Searches & Instant Listing Email Updates

Our Saved Search feature lets you receive new listings that match your criteria as soon as they hit the market. If you find yourself searching for the same types of properties all the time, you don't need to fill out the search form every time you visit. All you need to do is create a saved search for one-click access to search results.

How to Save a Search

To Save a Search, click the "Save this Search!" link found at the top of any listings results page. Create a Name for your Search and select your email frequency. Hit Save Search.

New listings matching your saved search criteria will be sent to you at the frequency you select. Stay informed on the latest properties available.

Listing Details Pages

Want more information on a listing? Want to share the listing with a friend? You can do all that and more on the Listing Details pages.

  • Request Detailed Listing Sheet - simply click the Orange Request Detailed Listing sheet button
  • Inquire - Get more details or ask a question
  • Request Showing - set up an appointment to view the listing
  • Share This Listing - send the listing by email or post it on Facebook, Twitter or Google+.
  • Virtual Tour - View the virtual tour (if available) for the listing

Logging Out of Your Account

To log out of your account, simply click the Logout button at the top right of any page. To sign out from within your Dashboard, click the sign out button.
