Annette relocated to Sarasota from Atlanta, GA in 2000. She is a native of Greenville, Mississippi. After traveling to Sarasota for over 10 years, Annette reunited with friends who also claimed the Florida coast as home.

An e-PRO agent, Annette is skilled in technology and coordinates the team’s leads as well as servicing our customer’s inquiries in a prompt manner.

Sandy Whitehead

Sandy Whitehead brings over 30 years of real estate experience to our team of Realtors. Sandy, a native of Miami, Florida, specializes in luxury properties on Sarasota’s mainland and its barrier islands of Casey Key, Bird Key, Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key, as well as the area’s most exclusive golf course properties. Sandy has received Sarasota Magazine’s Five Star & Best in Client Satisfaction multiple times from her many devoted customers.

Marie Miante

Marie relocated to the Sarasota area in 2004 to continue her career in real estate. Like many others, she vacationed on Siesta Key for many years before she realized her lifelong dream of moving to Florida. As a Realtor, Marie aims to help others relocating to our area to realize their dreams by providing excellent knowledge of the area. She has 15 plus years of experience in real estate transactions.

Marie began her career in real estate selling resort property for Fairfield Communities, Inc. in Williamsburg, VA. She consistently ranked among the top three sales representatives. Prior to joining Allen Real Estate Services, Inc. Marie worked for some of the finest home builders in the Sarasota area. While at Michael Saunders & Company, she specialized in homes along the barrier islands and the mainland. Her knowledge of the Siesta Key market is outstanding. She is a Certified New Home Sales Professional and specializes in high-end luxury homes and new construction. Recently, Marie's was recognized with the President's Club distinction for yearly sales volume in excess of 10 million.

Marie currently resides in Lakewood Ranch. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach and spending time with her Pomeranians: Joey and Giovanna.
